At Uptown Hog, we take pride in the quality of our food and service. Due to the nature of prepared food and catering services, all sales are generally considered final.
Food & In-Store Purchases
Because our products are freshly prepared, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once food has been prepared, served, or picked up. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us immediately so we can address the concern at the time of service.
Online & Pre-Orders
Orders placed online or in advance are non-refundable once preparation has begun. If an error occurs due to our mistake (such as incorrect items or missing items), we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue or offer a replacement.
Catering Orders
Catering orders may require a deposit and/or advance payment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as possible. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and preparation status.
Third-Party Ordering Platforms
Orders placed through third-party platforms (such as online ordering or delivery services) are subject to that platform’s refund and dispute policies. Uptown Hog cannot guarantee refunds issued through third-party providers.
